Telephone Service - Troubleshooting Tips
When you call our Repair Service with a problem, if the source of the problem is found to be in our lines or switching equipment, we will take quick action to correct the problem and, of course, there will be no charge.

For Equipment Problems Rainier Connect cannot repair most customer owned telephone equipment. For any problems with your equipment, please refer to your owner's manual that came with the equipment. Any equipment purchased through Rainier Connect is guaranteed only by manufacture warranty. Refer to the owner's manual and packaging for warranty information.
